Q: How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email and we will send a reset link.
Q: Can I change my role from Subscriber to Researcher?
Yes. Contact support and we will update your account type after verification.
Q: How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile settings and select 'Delete Account'. This removes all personal data within 30 days.
Paper Questions
Q: How long does paper review take?
Most papers are approved within 24–48 hours of submission.
Q: Can I edit a paper after publishing?
Minor corrections can be submitted via your dashboard. For major revisions, we recommend submitting a new version.
Q: Will my paper be on Google Scholar?
Yes. Published papers have proper citation_ meta tags. Google Scholar typically indexes within 3–10 days of publication.
Tool Questions
Q: Why am I getting a 'daily limit reached' error?
Free accounts have 5 AI tool uses per day per tool. Upgrade to a premium plan for unlimited access, or try again tomorrow.
Q: Is the Similarity Check a plagiarism detector?
No. It is a semantic awareness tool showing similar published papers. It cannot verify originality. Use a dedicated plagiarism service for that purpose.
