Distributing on Expertini Wire —
your questions answered

Detailed answers for PR agencies, communications teams, and corporate marketers who want to distribute their news on Expertini Wire. From first submission to SERP indexing — everything you need to know.

Getting Started

Do I need to be a registered business to publish?

We recommend registering with a corporate email domain for faster verification, but independent PR consultants and agencies managing multiple clients can also create Publisher accounts.

We explicitly support PR Agencies, Startups, Enterprise Corporations, and Independent Marketers. You must have the authorization to distribute news on behalf of the company mentioned in the release.

What is the difference between a Publisher account and a Media/Subscriber account?

Publisher accounts can draft, submit, and manage press releases, access campaign analytics, and use our AI optimization tools. This account is for those distributing news.

Media/Subscriber accounts are for journalists, analysts, and readers. They can set up industry alerts, save news, and download high-res media kits. They cannot distribute press releases.

Do you offer volume pricing for PR agencies?

Yes. For agencies or corporate teams managing high-volume communications, we offer bulk distribution plans that significantly reduce the cost per release while providing white-label reporting features. Check our pricing page or contact our sales team.

Submission Process

How do I submit a press release?

After registering and completing your company profile, go to your publisher dashboard and click "Create New Release". The process involves:

  • Step 1: Enter your optimized headline, summary, and industry tags.
  • Step 2: Paste your release body and format using our editor. Add relevant nofollow links.
  • Step 3: Upload media assets (logos, headshots, product images).
  • Step 4: Review, select your distribution plan, and submit.

You can save drafts and collaborate with your team before final submission.

How long does editorial review take?

Most press releases are reviewed and approved within 2-4 business hours during standard operating times. We review submissions for formatting, clear source attribution, and compliance with our anti-spam and content integrity policies.

If your release requires edits, our editorial team will notify you promptly. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your permanent live URL.

What are your link policies?

In compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines for press releases, all external links are strictly set to rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer".

We recommend including 1-3 highly relevant links (e.g., your homepage and a product page). Submissions with excessive links, keyword-stuffed anchor text, or links to low-quality/spam domains will be rejected during editorial review.

Can I embargo a press release for a future date?

Yes. During the submission process, you can schedule your press release to go live at a specific date and time. It will be reviewed by our team immediately but held in our system until your specified embargo lifts.

After Publication

Can I update or correct my release after it is published?

For minor typographical errors or broken links, you can submit a correction request via your dashboard. For significant factual changes that alter the material nature of the announcement, we require a formal Correction Notice to be appended to the release to maintain transparency.

How do I issue a kill-notice (retraction)?

If a release contains legally sensitive errors or was published prematurely, email wire@expertini.com immediately with "URGENT KILL NOTICE" and the release URL. We process these requests as our highest priority.

Please note: While we can remove the content from Expertini Wire instantly, we cannot control third-party search engines or aggregators that may have already cached the announcement.

Will my press release appear in Google Search?

Yes. Expertini Wire is optimized for rapid search engine crawling. Every published release utilizes proper NewsArticle structured data. Most announcements are indexed by major search engines within 24 to 48 hours of publication.

How do I track views and media engagement?

Your Campaign Analytics dashboard shows real-time data on impressions, full-page reads, and media asset downloads for all your published releases. You can export this data to share with clients or internal stakeholders.
