**The Opportunity**
This position works at Umraniye location. As an HRBP, you will take full HR responsibility and act within the entire spectrum of an HRBP. You will be able to quickly establish and develop trusting relationships with people of all hierarchies, create a friendly and trusting atmosphere for employees and behave as real team player.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Advise, coach and support managers and employees in an assigned area in all local HR topics and employment matters.
+ Administrative HR work from hiring to leaving; taking into account HR guidelines and policies.
+ General support and integration of new hires in their new working and cultural environment
+ Support the annual recurring HR processes such as performance management and compensation reviews.
+ Initiation of process improvements as well as local introduction and implementation of global processes and guidelines
+ Optimization of operational HR work through application of best practice
+ Collaborate with HR divisional colleagues, specialists and service centers in a matrix environment.
+ Support the Head of HR in conceptual and project-oriented special tasks.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 3 years of experience in an HR department, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and in an international business environment.
+ Excellent command of Turkish and English
+ Proficient use of MS Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and towards deadlines without losing focus on accuracy and quality of work. Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Flexibility and positive approach to change; positive “can-do” attitude
+ Strong team player
+ Strong communication and persuasion skills as well as strong customer orientation
+ Ability to work with people across different levels and areas.
