What is the role?
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to take part in our Istanbul Kavacık office.
What you’ll be responsible:
+ Developing relationships with customers, answering their questions via e-mail, phone and helpdesk application,
+ Communicating requests which comes through customers to the relevant departments,
+ Providing the first point of contact for all client inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution,
+ Becoming an expert in all products and take advantage of opportunities for continuous learning,
+ Providing ideas, suggestions to promote process and quality improvements,
+ Provide application support for our products
We are looking for a passionate talent who has;
+ University degree in a related field (Preferably Computer Programs, Mathematics, Electrical, and Electronics or Computer Engineering),
+ Min 3 years of working experience
+ Customer-oriented with strong communication skills,
+ Ability to learn quickly and think creatively,
+ Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment,
+ Strong analytical, problem solving and customer support skills required,
+ Basic database and SQL knowledge,
+ Basic HTML knowledge,
+ Good command of both written and spoken English,
+ Experience in the digital and marketing tech environment is preferable.
+ Willingness to works shift pattern essential and occasionally work weekends
