* MV & LV Switchgear technical knowledge and site experience
* LV main distribution and MCC panels offer preparation and site installation know-how
* Management and planning of the resources and workload of project management team
* Following up the execution steps (project approval, procurement, manufacturing, claims, variations, delivery, site activities, etc.) of projects and ensuring their execution as per agreed milestones
* Provide the status and scheduling information about the projects under execution to plant functions such as Engineering, Manufacturing, S&C and Planning
* Coordination the communication between customer and factory internal departments
* Preparation of monthly and yearly reports of ‘project management’ team
* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and having PMP (or similar) certification if possible
* Customer, supplier and sub-contractor management experience
* Self motivated and challenge the business with high energy
* Excellent cooperation skills with analytical skills
* Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility
* Collaborate with different disciplines and departments

*Primary Location:* TR-Aegean Region-Manisa Plant

*Schedule:* Full-time
