We empower our employees to challenge the status quo, make bold recommendations, experiment and adapt, so we can grow together and make a great business even betterPosition Overview: The Territory Manager will be responsible for creating profitable growth of CCNA brands within the Natural Channel for the assigned geography through outlet expansion, effective merchandising and superior execution of promotional programs with Natural retailers. The Territory Sales Manager will lead call points for Natural customers and manage broker partners. The ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated and looking to be part of an exciting, fast-paced, innovative company that’s making a difference.Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: Execute business plan to achieve profitable growth for CCNA brands in the Natural Channel through: effective and strategic call planning, account presentations, gain new points of distribution, fill voids, exceptional merchandising, sell-in programs and case stack deals.Lead call point for key account(s) assigned within the region – manage effective promotional strategy in line with trade rates. Build relationships, leverage collaborative business planning and effectively sell and manage profitable growth for Natural Strategic Sales Team portfolio.Ensure stellar store look of success by gaining additional facings, apply coupons, participate in resets, build displays, work with stores to create signage. Also leveraging broker network to work in tandem with these efforts.Manage broker and Distributor partners through effective communication, market visits/ride alongs, incentive programs, and holding them accountable to clear goals.Provide ongoing communication on sales, marketing, executional opportunities, new innovation in the market and share information with the team.Leverage promotional assets and field marketing support effectively. Provide weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager.Attend trade shows and distributor table top shows.Education Requirements: High School Education; Undergraduate degree preferredRelated Work Experience:1 – 2 years of experience in either sales or field marketing, preferably in the Natural Channel Ability to travel and work long, flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends, as requiredExperience in the Natural IndustryFunctional Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contactsResults-driven and customer-focused mentality with a collaborative attitudeProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesMust excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPointPosition will be located in the Colorado MarketOur Growth Culture:One of the reasons our company continues to thrive after 130+ years is having a company culture that supports and rewards behaviors that lead to growth.
