STG, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking a highly qualified Service Delivery Manager to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.
**Essential Job Duties**
+ Responsible for ensuring the timely process through which problems are controlled, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps.
+ Requires experience and understanding of MIS environment.
+ Ability to resolve complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are assigned to second level support or supervisor.
+ Ability to utilize problem management database and help desk system.
+ Provide guidance/training for less experienced personnel.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Bachelor-s degree in an IT related discipline.
+ Active DoD Secret clearance based on a T5 level investigation.
+ 10 years of experience or more managing and supervising a multi-work center IT support staff.
+ Three (3) years of experience in managing, or working in a customer-support Service Desk for an IT services contract for 10 or more people in the past 10 years.
+ Possess Certified Protected Distribution Systems (PDS) inspector certification in accordance with Army standards and regulations
+ IAT Level III certification
+ Master’s degree with eight (8) years of experience.
+ Normal office working conditions.
