The International Seller Growth team is looking for a Sr. Business Program Manager to take Amazons International Seller Self-Service Recruiting and Development to the next level. Self-Service channel is the leading entry point for World Wide (WW) Sellers to join Amazon and grow. We want to ensure we keep high standards on Seller Experience to ensure that its efficient and scalable. In this role, you will use data to understand the pain points slowing down Sellers from registration to WW launch; detect regional best practices; define optimal recruiting strategies; influence Product and Tech teams to reach a world class Seller onboarding experience; and invent new ways to identify and support Sellers through Machine Learning and processes that scale. To achieve this, you will work closely with global business, product, technology, and finance teams to define and meet ambitious goals, as well as engage with Senior Leadership to report performance and set next steps. Responsibilities: Own and improve the Seller experience of registering and launching on Amazon WW by enhancing the self-registration processes in place Design dashboard and metrics enabling decision making and resource prioritization, collaborating with our Business Intelligence team Make data-driven recommendations on product and process improvements that will drive Seller acquisition and growth Influence cross-functional Product and Tech teams roadmaps to accelerate automation and eliminate frictions Ideate and deliver new ways to serve Sellers at scale Coordinate diverse geographical zones and align their goals If you love data, customers even more, enjoy working as part of a tightly-knit, entrepreneurial team, are resourceful, and can work independently under time constraints and ambiguity, we can’t wait to have you join our team
