Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute campaigns along with the communications team and design all marketing creatives (social media, emailers, Google etc.) To create all web collaterals in accordance with Teabox Brand guidelines Take ownership of work and execute, in collaboration with other team members Design, create, layout, and build beautiful and innovative packaging and graphics for best in class products Support the Chief Creative Officer in conception and creation of packaging design for product launches Produce digital illustrations (raster & vector) to be used on product components and packaging Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and Executive Art Director to carry out the companys strategic vision by designing within the Too Faced brand DNA Drive the execution of product branding by developing and managing consistent product packaging across core products, line extensions, seasonal campaigns and promotions Partner with product development and marketing teams to achieve the highest level of quality for each project- understanding limitations due to timing, costs, etc. Support design and maintenance of a wide array of unit cartons, palette and component designs. Work with production team to make mock-ups of products for presentations and reviews Follow workflow and sign-off protocols to ensure final deliverables are error-free Prep final files for production and work with production team on specifics such as Pantone matching, proofing, etc. Organize and maintain project and digital archives Research current beauty design trends and push team with creative, out of the box thinking Participate in brainstorms and new idea sharing Requirements 8 years experience within a creative environment across a variety of practices in design with a super concentration in package design; including collateral, pop displays, print advertising, and digital in the beauty industry B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design Must have raster & vector illustration experience Able to work independently and be self-motivated, while still working within a team environment Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once under tight deadlines Demonstrate ability to work as a team contributor, working closely with Creative, Product Development, and Marketing Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail, an outstanding communicator and a solution oriented problem solver by nature Resourceful and knowledgeable of beauty/fashion retail market trends and new packaging trends/technology Able to think and work strategically, able to plan ahead and foresee opportunities Comprehensive knowledge of concept development, design and all phases of production A candidates visual portfolio demonstrating creative talent, digital illustration, sense of typography, and creative use of imagery and communication will grab our attention Extensive knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
