The function manages all important HR, Career and Learning & Development processes for our staff, currently hosted in 55 offices around the globe. The GSB People Management team works collaboratively with global, regional and local management teams. ABOUT THE PRODUCT BUSINESS UNIT This global business unit is an integral part of BCGs strategy to develop new digital client service offerings in order to deliver superior value and sustained impact. The unit has responsibilities for full-life cycle of BCG proprietary data and software assets, from initial business case to roadmap delivery, launch, and ongoing support operations. All of BCGs core product capabilities are housed within the business unit including product management, design, development, support and data analytics experts who work in deep collaboration with BCG practice areas, clients and consulting teams. POSITION SUMMARY Due to continued growth and investment in the Product Business Unit, this Recruiter role will support talent acquisition activities across India PBU teams with responsibility for vacancy management and recruiting operations for specific businesses. This full lifecycle recruiter role will support a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, vendor management, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding. Working in close partnership with the regional and global teams, the role will also have wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness and recruitment best practice across the region. CountryIndia City/Town Bengaluru Employee TypeRegular Job Type Full time Job Responsibilities Full lifecycle management of vacancies across a diverse range of industries and organization functions within the region with primary focus on Product Business Unit and additional business teams, as required Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, function knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements and desired candidate profiles Leveraging internal talent sources to drive mobility, employee referrals and alumni engagement in the region Make independent decisions within existing guidelines, support & mentor junior colleagues Identify high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, vendors, networking & other innovative sourcing techniques Conduct first round interviews for all suitable candidates, providing a competency based assessment and candidate recommendation Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire Manage recruitment campaigns for any volume hiring needs or brand building events Utilize the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management Articulation of the global talent brand and candidate value proposition to the region and subsequent promotion to the appropriate talent markets in each country Support the regional recruitment strategy by contributing to and implementing regional initiatives to global projects; locally identify and implement improvements creatively Manage the candidate experience through efficient process management, supporting interview scheduling where required Makes independent decisions with minimum guidance, coordinates and pushes internal initiatives, processes, projects, with guidance where needed, forms internal networks Review key metrics and performance measures for the region such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire, and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possible Ensure global best practices are embedded in the region to drive operational effectiveness through process improvements and the ongoing coaching and mentoring of hiring managers and the regional HR team Support hiring manager coaching and behavioral based interview training, as required, to enhance the quality of hiring decisions Job Responsibilities Continued Basic Job Requirements Education & Experience Post-Graduation Degree with high academic achievement required 5-8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience Prior experience in hiring for the following skills is required ->IT Full Stack Developer, Front End Developer, Solution Architect, UI / UX Designer ->Business Analyst(Technologies like.Net, ASP.Net, C#, Angular, JavaScript, Node.JS,SQL, HTML, CSS) ->Data Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Architect, Product Analyst, Product Management ->Technologies like VBA, Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, R, Python In-house full lifecycle recruitment experience with an international organization Strong behavioral based interviewing experience Other Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for successful hires Well versed with Applicant Tracking Systems (Brassring, Taleo, iCIMs, etc.) Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite KEY COMPETENCIES Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery Strategic thinking and influencing skills Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Proven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements Proactive sourcing of candidates through all available internal and external channels Best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness Service orientated with a proactive demeanor Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organization Key Competencies Additional Information
