Areas of responsibility and tasks include, but are not limited to:

+ Support GSS REM & PROC regional manager to manage all DNVGL offices and real estate projects in Korea

+ Implement DNV GL’s global office standards in Korea offices

+ Organize, coordinat and ensur all activities to support Business Areas by providing appropriate, cost effective office spaces

+ Monitor offices’ operating performance (e.g. budgets, forecasting, accounts, and local services)

+ Identifying opportunities for developing and creation of space efficiency

+ Support GSS REM & PROC regional manager to prepare the real estate lease evalution form following DNV GL’s policies and guidelines

+ Lease agreements negotiation, forming, and execution and lease agreements lifecycle managing following DNV GL’s policies and guidelines

+ Establish and manage appropriate facility management and utility services in Korea offices

+ Coordinate the service, utility provider’s selection and service level alignment

+ Ensure property operations and maintenance that standard services and requiements are met

+ Support to implement building security management system according to DNV GL global and local standards

+ HSE related tasks

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Holds at least 5 years of experience in the same field

+ Excellent analytical, organizational & communication skills.

+ Good Presentation skills.

+ Strong attention to details.

+ Ability to deal with multitasks and tight deadlines.

+ Demonstrate commercial awareness and accountability for financial performance and costs

+ Demonstrate a solid technical background and ability to adapt to new challenges.

+ Strategic and result-oriented mindset with a focus on the big picture.

+ Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills – in Korean & English

+ Project Management is advantageous

Required qualifications include:

+ Degree qualification – in Business Admin

+ Knowledge and understanding of office space and real estate . This includes. Creating space efficiency, delivering cost effective services and real estate financial management.

+ Experience of building long-term client relationships.

+ Understanding of market/economic aspects in office space management

+ Demonstrates a professional approach to their work and is a good role model for junior staff.

+ Strong competence in report writing, ensuring clear and accurate reports are produced in English.

+ Strong interpersonal, relationship and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle complex problems and be able to guide individuals through the associated issues.

+ Ability to juggle and manage conflicting work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

+ Able to co-operate well with others; shares knowledge, experience and information; and supports others in pursuit of team goals.

Desirable qualifications include:

+ Good understanding of procurement stratigies

+ Experience in the ME market is a must & North African is an advantage
