Position Overview: Plans and executes more complex market research studies; prepares forecasts, reports and recommendations; prioritizes and assigns tasks.Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and impact other functions with thought leadership in consumer insights and system Knowedge

+ Steward in measuring our system and market measurement to provide a accurate view of the industry and our key performances

+ Identify business growth opportunity through system performance monitoring such as BGS, retail tracking and shipment sales and channel researches

+ Raise the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities through consumer researches

+ Identify opportunities and measurement in our New Discipline for Growth platform

Education Requirements:Related Work Experience:Minimum 8+ experience in relevant fieldFunctional Skills:

+ Min 8 years experience in the research agency or relevant area with knowledge of research methodologies, report writing and application

+ A passion for insights and analytics and an understanding of how data can be exploited

+ Strong communication skills, proactiveness and self leadership
