Develop and execute strategies to ensure the revenue generation of Autodesk s License Compliance software program. Research and identify customers out of compliance. Drive and initiate creative program strategies, collaborates, ensures and influences channel support of the programs. Establish and implement guidelines to ensure consistencies while ensuring flexibility in creating and modifying strategy to meet needs of customers in South Korea.
+ Drives, develops, executes and monitors License Compliance Engagement strategy to meet and exceed revenue plan
+ Identify and capture sales opportunities with existing or new customers who have under-licensed Autodesk software product. Assists customers in determining and purchasing correct levels of Autodesk licenses
+ Drive compliance reconciliation purchases and use compliance as a compelling event in consolidation purchases. Develop a cross functional approach for reconciliation.
+ Collaborate with local sales organization and legal department on development and implementation of strategies and tactics for Autodesk s License Compliance programs.
+ Have a clear understanding of software licensing models, license agreements and contracts and territories legal framework tips.
+ Influences channel to get leads; collaborates with sales to drive incremental business in targeted accounts to meet quarterly and annual revenue expectation
+ Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with understanding project delivery methods.
+ Uses Salesforce.com to track all leads, opportunities, activities and results
+ Engages and collaborates with Territory Sales and Value-Added Resellers where applicable Drives, develops, executes and monitors various LC campaigns.
+ You have 2 ~ 4 years of relevant sales experiences
+ You are results-driven and have a consistent track record of exceeding quota
+ You are analytical, detail-driven and a master multitasker
+ Passionate, growth mindset and cross team collaboration spirit
+ Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills are required
+ Good problems solving skill with judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
