Its goal is that every student gets one-on-one, online instructional support, irrespective of geography, demography and ethnicity. Job Description 1. Manage day-to-day social presence and content distribution/curation on all channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram 2. Work seamlessly with the marketing team, assisting with the organic and paid promotion of multiple short term and long term campaigns 3. Develop social media program initiatives to improve community size and engagement 4. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results 5. Monitor and recommend emerging social networking trends and social media best practices 6. Respond to customer complaints or compliments through social media Desired Candidate Profile 1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent experience 2. 3-5 years professional experience in developing and analyzing digital campaigns and social media marketing campaigns for a strong brand in the retail/services/ FMCG industry 3. Understand SEM and SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings through content 4. Marketing 5. Must intimate experience with the business applications of social media platforms including 6. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google , Instagram, LinkedIn and more 7. Must excel/ be a pro in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel) and be familiar with 8. major social media platforms 9. Must have experience with Photoshop and basic HTML a plus 10.
