**Currently we have the opportunity for a dynamic Indirect Channel Manager Personal Health to join our team in Cairo, Egypt and be responsible for the North-East Africa market.**
You will be responsible for driving sales of products and services in the assigned territory. This is accomplished through development and management of the network of operationally effective and efficient Channel Partners with trained and motivated sales professionals.
You will report to the Head of Personal Health North-East Africa.
**You are responsible for:**
+ Deploy strategies and tactical plans for the indirect sales channel based on customer needs synchronized with the Business Unit (BU) and district objectives
+ Ensure a consistent and uniform approach towards Channel Partners across assigned territory and all BU / BL
+ Define and manage distributor requirements, responsibilities and duties
+ Search and Selection of channel partners in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
+ Set annual targets and prepare joint business plan
+ Secure all Contract Management Processes are completed in a timely fashion: (New Partner Process, Regular DDP, BC setting, contract renewal)
+ Together with legal: maintain uniform contract templates for various channel types. Escalation point for deviations from standards and for obtaining the relevant approvals (OCAP).
+ Ensure on boarding/termination of partners is done professionally and timely
+ Ensure planning of Partner Performance Reviews and execution thereof
+ Monthly KPI performance review of Partner Landscape and highlight gross deviations from target including corrective actions
+ Ensure that operational support is provided to the partners at the required level
+ Establish and Monitor Partner Capability Development Plan execution and report progress
+ Perform partner funnel management and derive partner forecast
+ Normal standard dispute resolution between Philips and Partners
+ Organize Partner Events
+ Supports credit collection process
+ Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN
+ Ensure local organization and Indirect Channel Managers are trained and coached in the use of the Philips Partner Management processes and tools
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 10 years of experience
+ Previous experience working within a FMCG organization preferably personal care category.
+ Previous experience in Modern Trade and/or Pharmacy channel.
+ Required hands on experience & knowledge of key retailers in consumer channels.
+ Full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
+ Has a complete knowledge of company products and services.
+ Experience in managing matrix organization stakeholders.
+ Managing small projects for multiple clients within own environment.
+ Proposes and manages multiple projects for clients within own business/sales group.
+ Certified LEAN Basic
