As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.
The Go-to-Market organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will primarily support our Large Customer Sales business in Korea. You will enable the successful delivery of the business plans by creating a business rhythm that allows the management to set the right aspiration and direction, track performance (including business reviews), identify issues and opportunities, consolidate sales and product views, and execute main initiatives in the country.
You will partner closely with the Greater China and Korea Go-to-Market (GTM) team on executing and providing insights in Korea, as well as driving some initiatives/projects. You will also be responsible for cascading global/regional strategy and programs. In this role, you will partner with the sales teams with a focus on product metrics tracking/reporting and business growth initiatives, helping to shape and ensure execution of the strategic direction.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
