Position Overview: The Freestyle Account Manager will lead execution of a multi-year transformational initiative within an assigned geography. This Freestyle initiative will affect virtually every aspect of our go to business approach with our customer from distribution, to consumer interaction, and restaurant operations. The success of this vital growth initiative requires the presence of field based subject matter expertise in each of the three pilot markets to facilitate the transition and to find opportunities to prepare for scale. The Freestyle Account Manager will have primary responsibility for managing Freestyle pilot locations in their assigned territory including planning, scheduling, meeting weekly with owner operators and meeting daily with restaurant staff to assess in-outlet platform performance and problem solve opportunities. The Freestyle Account Manager will also lead store level change management requirements and ensure owner operator satisfaction. They will work in partnership and collaboration with the Coca-Cola Account Team, serving as the field based expert responsible for ensuring success of the Freestyle pilot within their geography.Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: Manage execution and shape the success of the Freestyle pilot program in assigned territory by providing SME level support at the owner operator and restaurant level daily.Actively manage territory, pre-scheduling owner operator meetings and restaurant visits weekly.Tending to the day to day business needs or concerns of restaurant, crew and/or owner operators associated with the Freestyle pilot locations across assigned territory.Leverage data, insights and SME technical knowledge to provide coaching and support to restaurant crew to build their capability and proficiency so as to optimize execution of the Freestyle system in their outlet.Be a change management resource to restaurants to make sure they are knowledgeable of and have the tools needed to be successful with the execution of Freestyle in their outlets; Participate in or facilitate on-boarding, or ad-hoc capability building training sessions.Be in search of opportunities, identify and resolve problems or barriers, document issues, look for and understand patterns or trends, and ensure we are proactively addressing, with the intention of building customer and system capability to scale for the future.Conduct regular business reviews with owner operators to build and maintain strong relationships and to re-affirm the proposition, steward the results of the Freestyle pilot, share opportunities or resources for support of help, and ensure satisfaction with the platform.Leverage Freestyle data to demonstrate how Freestyle is positively impacting both the consumer experience and the customer’s business.Collaborate and maintain strategic alignment with the Coca-Cola cross functional Account Team (AD & COM) in assigned geography, serving as the Freestyle SME to develop progressive conceptual selling with owner operators and restaurants.Develop a working technical knowledge of the platform to assist operators in avoiding future service issues when possible and knowing how best to redirect when resolution is needed.Overnight travel will be dependent upon where candidate lives in conjunction to territory. Expectation is for manager to be in restaurants 4-5 days per week. Education Requirements:University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceRelated Work Experience:3+ years (w/ right aptitude). Relevant sales account management experience along with direct Food service and Coca-Cola Freestyle experience preferred.
