*Job Summary*

The**Lead Field Service Representative will be liaison to the assigned local national forces and leaders at their assigned workshop. They are responsible for oversight and completion of all Training, Technical Inspections, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), Safety, Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PCMS) functions, including maintenance repairs and combat readiness of the equipment. The Lead FSR ensures proper PMCS, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance are performed. They will monitor repair parts ordering, utilization, installation, and accountability. They provide guidance on tool utilization and accountability, technical manual utilization, accountability, safety in the work shop, and hazmat storage and removal, along with oversight of all Contractor Technical Support (CTS), Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), and on-the-job training (OJT) functions at their assigned workshop. **

The*Lead Field Service Representative*will supervise the following defense product support functions: administration, field service, repair part delivery, and warranty administration. Maintain customer satisfaction and maximum aftermarket service by providing customers and dealers with technical assistance. Manage local dealerships in performance of service and repair part delivery.The lead is the main point of contact for other FSRs, customer contact, reporting site information, management of other FSRs at the site, and reporting issues back to the customer.

Is a Workshop lead and Liaison to Peshmerga Leadership at their assigned workshop. Responsible for oversight and completion of all PCMS functions (to include maintenance repairs) and submission of Joint inspection Check lists. Ensures proper PMCS, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is performed. Monitors repair parts utilization and accountability. Provides guidance on tool utilization and accountability, technical manual utilization and accountability, safety in the work shop and hazmat storage and removal. They provide Oversight of all CST, CLS and OJT functions at their assigned workshop. Has a skillset specific to the workshop they oversee.

*Principal Accountabilities*

* Provide field support to military customers within the region.

* Diagnose, repair, and service the following pending assignment:

* M1151 and M1152 HMMWVs

* M1230, M234 Caiman / MRAP, M1078 LMTV, M1083, M1084, M1249 MTV and M1089 LMTV Wrecker

* M119A2 Towed Howitzer

* Graders, Bulldozers and Bucket Loaders

* Forklifts and Cranes

* M2 .50 Caliber Machine Guns

* Ensure safe operations and management of hazardous materials

* Coordinate with customers, dealers, and fellow employees to get service and parts expedited to the customer’s satisfaction.

* Anticipate and manage customer needs and develop recommended parts stocking requirements for upcoming field or maintenance operations to ensure vehicle readiness.

* Recommend and provide instruction to operators and maintainers on the correct operations and maintenance procedures for the above listed vehicles.

* Manage defense, domestic and international field service efforts.

* Identify and record systemic issues and communicate back from the Program Manager and customer.

* Conduct training in formal classroom setting and on-the-job (OJT) training to customers and service providers.

* Create and submit weekly field service reports.

* Support maintenance of service report database.

* Manage fielding’s, warranty claims, rework and service providers; verify work completed to ensure quality is maintained.

* Hold stand-up meetings with staff (AM & PM).

* Consolidate personnel status report & send forward.

* Provide work direction to each FSR / staff.

* Manage disciplinary issues of FSRs.

* Main customer point of contact for the respective site(s).

* Attend daily meetings with Corporate/Program Management.

* Monitor non-mission capable & retrofit status.

* Monitor Corporate/Program Management/Unit tool & parts inventory.

* Answer or elevate FSR questions to Corporate/Program Management.

* Complete FSR performance reviews at the respective site(s).

* Collect & Submit training critiques to Corporate/Program Management.

* First level of conflict resolution / Coaching Employees / Report.

* Further incident forward to Corporate/Program Management for review / action.

* Meet & greet incoming FSRs.

* Coordinate housing for incoming FSRs.

* Accident reporting.

* Weekly FSR reports back to Corporate/Program Management.

*Knowledge & Skills*

* Advanced understanding of common truck repair procedures

* Will have advanced knowledge of the product being supplied to the customer and an understanding of the technical and serviceable aspects of the vehicle

*Experience & Education*

* Associates Degree in vehicle service repair or equivalent

* 5 years mechanical experience with military vehicles. 10 Years preferred.

* Must be certified at a Journeyman level, with 3 years’s experience. Experience and Education in the following equipment:

* M1151 and M1152 HMMWVs

* M1230, M234 Caiman / MRAP, M1078 LMTV, M1083, M1084, M1249 MTV and M1089 LMTV Wrecker

* M119A2 Towed Howitzer

* Graders, Bulldozers and Bucket Loaders

* Forklifts and Cranes

* M2 .50 Caliber Machine Guns

*Physical Requirements/Working Environment*

* Will be working on a local national military base.

* Conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable

* Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
