The PositionReporting to the Senior Manager of Operations & Maintenance, the Facilities Equipment Inventory Specialist will support the inventorying of building assets, including boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, generators, and other building equipment requiring preventive maintenance. They will learn and utilize an efficient process for collecting this information. This position will be responsible for creating the foundational element that will be required in the development of a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for one of the largest New York City entities, which supports the operations and maintenance for more than 100 million square feet of space throughout the five boroughs of New York City.
