Were seeking a proven and enthusiastic Editorial Content Program Manager to join our fast-growing global team to scale delivery of high-quality, user-centered content for the companies and individuals who sell goods and services through Amazon. About us Selling Partner Content Management (SPCM) provides editorial content to support third party sellers on Amazon in 17 languages across 19 marketplaces. Our team specializes in sellers using programs that leverage Amazons world-class order fulfillment, acclaimed customer service, and Prime delivery. Fulfillment services sellers send their inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers, and Amazon picks, packs, ships, and provides customer service for customer orders. About you As the Editorial Content Program Manager, you will lead a team of project managers, drive existing programs that provide seller-facing content thats consistent in style, tone and voice and in the sellers language of preference, and build new programs as business needs evolve. You have deep experience in both technical and non-technical project lifecycles. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of small- to large-sized projects concurrently from conception through release and maintenance. You will plan, track, coordinate and communicate on projects spanning cross-functional teams and make sure that releases and projects are being prioritized and managed properly. You are a proven leader who has a demonstrated track record of managing and on-time delivery of projects. You are passionate about data, discovering new trends, and driving actions through insights. You will also establish and maintain best practices for creating, maintaining, and deprecating content by: Using data to determine content success metrics Implementing A/B testing to measure content performance Influencing and establishing global content standards Working with partner teams to leverage and improve content management tools Working with international partners to align to global editorial standards, practices and workflows Responsibilities Act as a project PM for global program launches and create best practice guidelines to allow efforts to scale Create and implement a plan for global content maintenance and governance Determining staffing needs and creating business cases for head count requests to support existing and new content programs Regular meetings with direct reports in order to support, grow and mentor individual careers Create an implement programs to serve marketplaces and teams who currently operate outside of the global editorial processes Help apply and maintain a consistent voice and tone across content sets and marketplaces when targeting cross-border sellers Evangelize best practices around content creation, performance, and deprecation Collaborate with designers, product managers, and business and marketing teams to create content that supports a global audience Help establish standards for editorial project workflows Help establish best practices for localization, SEO, accessibility, and readability Help remove roadblocks for the editorial and production teams Help prioritize projects Lead scrum of scrums meetings, including retrospectives and demos is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation.
