**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The Digital Strategy Leader is a client-facing role creating and executing Go-To-Market offerings and business development strategies focusing on the following areas:
+ Citizen Engagement Strategy
+ Process Automation Strategy
+ Resiliency Strategy
+ Digital Reinvention Strategy
+ IT Strategy/Emerging Technology Innovation
+ Data/Analytics Strategy
With your solid understanding of how new and emerging digital technologies impact Public Service organizations and citizen-users, you help clients understand, react to and capitalize upon the changes that digital technology is causing in their world. You will guide them through a human experience-centric approach to envision the future, a future that makes use of mobility, deep analytics and insights, social engagement, cloud-based and cognitive computing, and intuitive omni-channel experience design.
This role will be responsible for and require expertise in a combination of the following areas:
+ Solution Offering and Methodology Development
+ Business Development
+ Executive-level project delivery oversight
+ Talent Development
+ Thought Leadership/External Eminence
This role will reside in our IBM Digital Business Strategy practice.
Location – US based, preference in the DC/Metro area
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
+ At least 10 years experience consultative, sales experience in Federal/State/Local/Education sector
+ At least 10 years experience in developing client organization strategies and implementing transformation initiatives
+ At least 5 years experience in selling digital capabilities/strategies
+ At least 5 years experience in leadership across complex internal/external engagements, including functional, international or cross-organizational teams
+ At least 5 years experience in creating business plans/business cases
