Responsible for sales orders, international shipment management through communication with customers and Sales account managers.
Communicate regarding product deliveries and availability.
Manage the entire order processing procedure (Manages B2B system and customer portal site. Ensure the pricing and delivery terms and conditions are met)
Responsible for running daily reports(backlog, shipment etc.) and other reports as requested by the team.
Other Administrative areas (Order processing, Shipping doc consolidation, data entry into the system, others as requested by the team).
Team play with strong initiatives
~3 years experiences in customer service related environment at a Semiconductor company preferred.
Understanding on SCM & logistic process.
Experienced on ERP (SAP or other ERP system) and customer portal user.
Good knowledge in MS office.
Good working attitude.
