Skill: production , supervision; Exp: 10-13 years; Position Summary Responsible for managing workflow of creative services design team Good overall knowledge of the Creative Services work stream especially Document support and Print design services. Uses advanced communication skills to interact effectively with the team and customers to offer multifaceted conceptual design solutions based on strategies in relation to client business needs. Manages and oversees complex design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizes and assigns work, and balances multiple priorities simultaneously. Plans and schedules resources to meet client commitments and deadlines. Mentors and motivate the team Responsibilities Be on the front lines of communication for any incoming project requests Build and share project plans, schedules, and task lists Provides accurate and frequent status to reporting manager on a regular basis Manages resourcing based on project needs, and recommends creative assignments Ensures key milestones are met or reset on a daily and hourly basis Ensures job specs and key quality and accuracy criteria are met Anticipates needs, issues, opportunities and obstacles to keep workflow moving efficiently and effectively to meet client, account, and creative expectations Learns and owns all workflow and time-tracking processes and tools Works with client stakeholders to efficiently, clearly and concisely document schedules as well as quality and success measurements Ensure all project deadlines and goals are met efficiently and on time Tracks project scope changes, delivery timing, and key project metrics Partner closely with designers on production requirements Supervises the work of all production designers, working closely to mentor them and develop their skills and meet all assignment with the highest quality Responsible for flawless execution of design concepts developed by designers Manages efficient production of edits, updates, and revisions to existing production projects Directs and guides designers in production of files, ensuring that all work produced is accurate, technically correct, high-quality, and press-ready. Ensures a creative consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports brand, visual, and messaging standards Manages workflow and resources to ensure timely and successful project completion Provides recommendations regarding production, workflow, traffic, processes, methodologies and other opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and profitability Creates exceptional quality project setup documents detailing scope, assumptions, success criteria, and risks Supervision Responsibilities Self-starter and ability to manage people for performance, training and coaching Supervision of on boarding team members in remote locations Proactively provide periodic updates on project progress and potential challenges to reporting manager Conduct quarterly performance improvement conversation for upskilling or redeployment of team members Monitor the team KPIs and predict shortfall using analysis Trouble shoot potential project risk and update to reporting manager to mitigation This role coaches, mentors and supports less experienced project managers as well as other project resources as needed Monitors progress of all work and proactively drives teams to prioritize work to meet milestones Required Qualification Essential Bachelors degree Desirable Masters degree in business administration, Bachelors degree in project management, marketing, or equivalent experience Experience Overall Years of Experience 10 years Relevant Years of Experience 7 years
