Responsibilities: Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities. Obey safety policy and rules in the team to drive towards zero recordable injuries. Live the Safety Stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities Draft a personal safety action plan and deliver on all commitments Metrics Implement a personal safety action plan Safety metrics –first aids, near misses Customer Order Fulfillment • Receive the order from the customer and confirm it after checking inventory and production schedule. • Create sales order and delivery order. • Record the shipment into SAP and advise the delivery time to the customer. • Prepare documents including COA and invoice. • Ensure all products meet customer standards and requirements. • Make sure the order is perfectly delivered as requested. • Ensure timely and accurate procedure to schedules in order to meet or exceed delivery to promise Metrics Customer satisfaction Customer Experience Index Order process improvement Continue to remove the non-value added work out of process. Develop the service tool to deal with the order on line and get the order updated on line. Get inventory data real time and provide it to the relevant people. Input order log and forecast for production schedule to make right product at right quantity. Build good relations with logistics and production team to get order fulfilled on time. Metrics Customer satisfaction Customer Experience Index Sales Closing Take a responsibility for monthly sales closing Prepares the domestic monthly closing process in conjunction with the accounting team Check the actual sales volume and amount with the SAP system’s Run sales closing system after checking collection with accounting team. Print out the balance confirmation cert and the status of receivable and have account managers insure the receivable and collection by customer. Metrics Customer Experience Index Collection & AR Check bank accounts by account, key in the collection Transfer collection details to accounting team after completing collection key-in. Before processing customer’s requested order, check the credit limit. A/R management regularly Metrics Control of A/R receivable Export back-up Fulfill export orders when export CS is absent. Respond to the customer’s requests. Metrics Customer Experience Index Customer Service Coaching and Training and reporting Provide coaching and training to domestic customer service people. Report sales actual and highlight service activities on a weekly basis. Update customer information including pricing into the system. Metrics # of customer complaint Customer satisfaction Job Requirements Experience: University Degree in Trade or Business management. Minimum 5 years of experience . Knowledge and Skills : Exceptional leadership skills with proven track record in working in medium to large size team. Able to speak and write in English. Good negotiation/communication skills with people from all levels and all culture backgrounds. Good c omputer s kill s , office software, Good grasp of SAP system are preferred.
