PillPack Pharmacy is seeking a Program Manager who is dedicated to patient safety to oversee improvement within the Front End Operations to deliver on being the earths most customer-centric pharmacy. The Front End Operations Program Manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to both maintain current integrity of all Front End Operations areas (Prescription Processing, Prescription Acquisition, Clinical Outcomes, and Billing) as well as drive forward progress in these areas with regards to efficiency, scalability, and quality. They are responsible for supporting the EVP of Front End Operations on overall business needs for the area. Core Responsibilities Lead strategic initiatives related to Front End Operations efficiency, scalability, and quality Represent Front End Operations considerations and priorities to other business areas, with a goal of creating network-wide alignment on overarching projects Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Operations Strategy to design effective weekly and monthly business reviews (WBRs and MBRs) for Front End Operations Manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines, requiring frequent multi-layered communication, organization/time management, and creative problem solving skills Develops an integrated plan that includes project deliverables, strategic alignment, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints, change management and overall project investment. Updates project plans, priorities, and project sequencing as needed Provide regular updates and metrics to stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly business reviews Anticipates, identifies and drives resolution of challenges and interdependencies to prevent downstream problems Relies heavily on influence not authority to drive teams and resources toward project goals Able to operate with autonomy and collaborate on a team Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age.
