About the role
The Nike.com Business Team focuses on driving the Nike.com business connecting Product, Marketing and Consumers/Members.
This team understands how consumers navigate and shop in a digital space and through those insights, proactively move forward to design new services and to create new business moments exceeding consumers’ needs. As part of this team, the Nike.com Business Specialist will be assigned tasks by Category/Gender and will be responsible for driving business and delivering insights on multidimensional lenses.
. Lead Nike.com business for assigned Category/Gender developing Nike.com game plans.
. By understanding Category strategy and key marketing products, lead on building Nike.com sales plan, and executing it to meet the sales target.
. Partner and collaborate cross functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Membership to understand Consumers/Members needs and to maximize business.
. Create Nike.com business roadmap reflecting seasonal key products, product walls, collection pages and member early-access/exclusive shops leveraging brand/sports/retail momentums.
. Optimize online navigation, search results, product walls, based on web analytic data for consumer shopping journey.
. Manage/Analyze sales trend and Consumer/Member data to share insights to broader group of teams, and seek for future opportunities to grow business sustainably.
