The incumbent will support the team on prospecting, conversion of prospects and providing knowledge of the markets/industry and maintaining Partner Bank relationships in the region. Key Accountabilities Achieve Volumes/Revenue targets for FX products through self sourcing and the RM team Knowledge provider for investment products Deepening FX revenue through existing NRI & Resident clients Drive client activation and generate incremental FX revenue opportunities through non transacting base Ensure sales and compliance standards are adhered to in regulatory framework and product sales Support in all marketing and acquisition activities for the region Support Product team with ideation/implementation of new products Be a centre of excellence by providing knowledge on all FX products. Job Duties & responsibilities Attend to customers queries on needs and use the relevant skills to probe and identify needs to provide appropriate solutions to customers. Responsible for meeting all sales and business targets assigned so as to ensure maximum contribution to the revenue of DBS Treasures and DBS Treasures Elite. Attend/conduct all relevant training and briefings. Participate actively at meetings and discussion and contribute ideas on how products can be better packaged and sold to customers. Keep attuned to the current economic and financial markets so as to be current and proficient in attending to customers queries. Work hand in hand with team members, Service Manager to ensure that all objectives of the team are met and there is team harmony and unity.
