Job Purpose This role is expected to anchor the portfolio objectives of activation, usage, cross sell and retention for digibank. Given that digibank is a mobile first bank with no branches or RMs, hence customer engagement to meet the portfolio objectives has to be through in-app and digital channels, in a relevant, contextual and personalised manner. Key Accountabilities 1. Portfolio KPIs activation, balance build, usage, cross sell, retention and revenue realisation in line with the budget 2. Contextual messaging strategy and execution in app, and through email, sms, push note, gamification etc 3. Ownership of the annual usage budget Job Duties & Responsibilities (A) Track and monitor digibank portfolio health and movement in line with budget (B) Drive campaign / messaging strategy and calendar working closely with product, marketing, analytics, campaign operations (C) Regular monitoring and review of campaign outcomes jointly with product, marketing, analytics (D) Create and drive the customer engagement strategy for digibank using channels of communication as well as in app solutions to deliver a contextual, personalised and relevant messaging experience (E) Ensure a robust offer and incentive strategy is in place to drive portfolio objectives cost effectively and with usage budgets (F) Manage digi Bucks, the extant rewards program to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies Required Experience Combination of multiple roles preferred 1. Product / portfolio management 2. Campaign management / Digital marketing / communication 3. App engagement 4.
