A hybrid role which should accelerate innovation and tool development. Support the analytical broker client experience through design, development and quality assurance processes, as well as prototyping development ideas. Daily liaison with US, UK and Mumbai build teams throughout Software Delivery Life-cycle. The Role Work in an Agile methodology delivering the UX design components of an overall solution design Working with the Business Analysis community to support fully understanding business requirements and ensure these fully account for the UX perspective Working with the UX Function to develop a detailed understanding of brand and associated guidelines and ensuring AS solutions are both compliant with and fully leverage the corporate brand Working with the Development function to support prototype and full solution delivery Designing for multi-platform delivery primarily mobile, tablet and desktop Working with the QA function and external partners to support usability and accessibility testing Maintaining an awareness of technology trends within and outside of the organisation. To include Sufficient understanding of technical architecture to ensure technical viability of all design work Working to defined UX best practices and principles to enable Willis Towers Watson to deliver industry-leading technology solutions Maintaining a full range of stakeholder engagement, across business and technology groups, internal and external audiences, from one-to-one up to large workshop environments The Requirements Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science qualified Product Design with Human Factors would be advantageous Direct UX experience in enterprise environment. Ideally Lean UX Experience with technical and/or financial subject matter Mathematical curiosity Detailed knowledge of personas, site maps, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes 3 years experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products, Illustrator and Adobe XD, Axure RP Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, exposure to Angular & Bootstrap 4 highly beneficial Experience of full IT project lifecycle (agile and waterfall) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
