This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. The Role Responsibilities Strategy Defines operational processing and support models and infrastructure requirements. Identifies and shares best practices with country heads with a view to implementing standardized simplified and automated processes and providing a competitive service. Engages in high level and detailed discussions with internal and external stakeholders to understand business and clients needs (including outsourcing plans) in order to develop fit for growth strategies with P&L affordability and build stronger relationships. Identifies and implements plans that are aligned to the banks strategy and roadmap. Strategy Excellence Influences stakeholders on strategy. Seamless execution and implementation of fit for country plans. State of the art service supplier. Service delivery Excellence Constantly reviews and improve on service standards and SLA measures. Brokers the interest and support of senior colleagues to further develop service levels. Is transparent with the business when marking cost / benefit “trade offs” Drives and influences strategic decisions through analytical review of service standards. Develops and introduces new service solutions to improve customer profitability. Financial Management Manages and meets the products operations budget ( including stretch budget targets ) and financial KPI’s. Support revenue targets through service and product influencers. Innovation Excellence Drives Market initiatives and developments in area of digitization and STP. Obtains budget and demonstrates delivery of initiatives that will leverage innovations across all disciplines. Skills Graduate from any stream preferred with post graduation or masters degree. 6-8 years experience as a regional or zonal manager who can manage big teams.
