Has dotted line management responsibilities of the resources assigned to him/her in order to achieve set targets within given time and budget. Typically, dotted line reports to the relevant Lead(s) during the term of his/her assignments. Acts as advisor in building knowledge and capabilities of GOPS Global Business Services organizations to implement sustainable transformation measures and Continuous Transformation culture. Main Responsibility Area Takes full accountability and ownership of executing complex and high impact transformation programs/projects within GOPS Global Business Services (GBS) unit for mid and long term success and competitiveness of the unit. Is fully accountable for the operational and financial target achievement, costs and assigned resources. Key tasks and responsibilities are to ensure professional Program/Project design, scoping, and scheduling, budgeting, governing, tracking and stakeholder management to achieve set targets. Structures and functionally manages transformation team, acting as a coach to ensure meaningful performance management and people development together with line manager. Job Description Lead transformation Project scope and end to end coordination with internal stakeholders Monitors overall progression of the project and reports to concerned stakeholders Manage and report risks and issues identified with the project and create mitigation plan to mitigate the risks Publishes regular weekly/monthly reports that captures progress updates, project plan, risk/issues/changes, etc. This role requires active engagement and liaising with the functional units within and outside GOPS Equally balanced skills in areas of general management, customer relationship management, Project management, consultative selling, service delivery management Proactively work with internal customers to identify their business objectives, priorities and directions, critical success factors and applies this knowledge to establish and implement a transition strategy General requirements Master degree 10 years of overall experience 5 years of relevant experience in transformation management role. Managed end-to-end remote and onsite transitions Knowledge on PMO tools and experience in using those tools Good understanding of the process like Order management, Source to Pay Work experience with Six sigma and DMAIC methodology is desirable Communication/Negotiation- Teamwork at highest levels. Proficiency knowledge demonstrable competencies in Customer Focus (Internal/ External as applicable) Management and Leadership Good cross organizational team working, influencing and building collaboration Planning & Organizing Leading & Coaching Good project management skills Cost, Profitability and Risk Management understanding Knowledge Capture, Transfer and Stabilization Prior experience in transition & transformation Good understanding of Nokia GOPS strategy & functions Good communication skills Good organizational skills Global Operations business insight & Capability of Operations Services Centers Operations and processes knowledge Additional Information This role will require flexibility to travel on an as-required basis Flexible working hours
