**In this role you have the opportunity to:**

This role gives the opportunity to improve the lives of our customers and employees by embedding into the DNA of Philips organization the new capabilities landing into the Middle East & Turkey Market with Philips Integrated landscape transformation roadmap. These foundational capabilities are built on standardized processes and latest tools in the Market to Order and Order to Cash process of the value chain. The Transformation Expert supports the landing of these changes into the business & functions by moving each team individual through the change curve, so that they embrace the new ways of working. You will support the Project Manager in orchestrating the whole project from kick off to project closure. You will support multiple projects with various work streams concurrently across the geographical scope of Middle East & Turkey. This would entail rolling up your sleeves and working with the details in an intense project environment.

**You are responsible for:**

+ Assure Change Management deliverable are delivered on time in full, support Change Implementer and local organization embrace Philips Change Management Model safeguarding market adoption and avoiding business disruption

+ Responsible to translate all E2E Foundation Programs Impacts into one integrated Market Story, assuring all dependencies are properly addressed and risks mitigated working in strong partnership with the Functions as content owners (HR, BCD, IT, PU)

+ Drive E2E Foundation Market Communication Plan in order to bring our stakeholders up to desired levels of Awareness / Understanding / Buy-in and Commitment. Assures Market Organization receives one Integrated E2E Story in alignment with Program guidelines and Corporate BCD framework. Makes sure Market existing Comms channels are effectively leveraged and Programs Comms packages are successfully localized and integrated to an overall market Communication Plan (at BT Portfolio level)

+ Supports Market Organizational Readiness by providing local HR Organization an integrated view of all E2E Foundation impacts in terms of Structure & Governance, assuring HR can deliver OD deliverables at BT Portfolio level

+ Coordinates Learning activities bringing on-site support to Philips University/PPS Organization. Manages Learning deliverables assuring training materials are successfully localized, Train-The-Trainer and End-Users Training’s are successfully delivered enabling local org. with the right capabilities to execute the new ways of working from a process / IT / Behavioral viewpoint

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:**

+ Project Management skills (PMP)

+ Strong experience within change management

+ Org. Design and Learning experience

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Consulting & Coaching skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels

+ Experience in managing change across projects related to process re-engineering and IT

+ Cross-functional experience mainly across the following areas: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and IT.

+ Proven record managing large-scale projects adoption and transition management

You are part of Business Transformation Team in Middle East & Turkey market, which is the catalyst in driving operational excellence in our business and functions. Locally you will report into the Business Transformation & Information Technology leader in MET to make each of the programs stick successfully. You will closely work with the End to End Project Manager in orchestrating each of the activities, tracking the milestones, publishing reports, leading communication initiatives & driving change management surveys with actions to improve adoption, On function axis you will report into the Global Transformation Expert lead. You will be a part of the community of Transformational Experts across Philips, which will help learning & sharing.
