We follow agile practises and our cross-functional scrum teams are responsible for end-to-end delivery of the assigned features (incl. testing). In the role of Test Manager in Integrated Decision Support product development team, you will be responsible to defining the test strategy and getting it executed through the scrum teams and also responsible for developing the testing expertise of the scrum teams. The primary responsibilities are Defining and execute state-of-the art test strategy (incl. non-functional requirements testing, system integration aspects) Enable the scrum teams to execute the defined test strategy by coaching / mentoring the teams Plan / Orgrainse the necessary test competency development measures for the scrum teams Drive / support test automation within the scrum teams Evaluating test coverage, test results and test effectiveness and generating the test evaluation summary – Test planning, supervision of test execution and test reporting comprises all testing aspects / areas as defined in the master test plan. Responsible for ensuring that the project team adheres to test quality guidelines. Collaborating with the project stakeholders (PM, PL, RM, Dev, QM, etc.) to drive test activities Lead a highly motivated team (4-6 people) to perform system integration activities Recruitment management, competency management and performance management What do I need to qualify for this job? Qualification BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/MSC/MCA or equivalent degree Experience & Skill Set At least 7 – 8 years of hands-on experience in SW testing in which 2 5 years of experience as Test Lead / Test Manager preferred. Knowledge of agile testing practises (TDD, BDD, ATDD, CI/CD) Expertise in test methods and test processes Experience in test design, implementation and execution with tool support (TMT or TFS) Understanding of IT standards for Healthcare (e.g. DICOM, HL7, FHIR) Experience in effort estimations, planning, tracking Good understanding of Software development process / product life cycle management Exposure and past experience in the area of HIS / RIS / PACS product integration / test would be an added advantage Preferred Soft Skills Initiative taking Analytical and Decision making skills Result orientation Good communication skills Team player Customer focus
