Skill: networking , network , installation , iptv , broadband , dsl; Exp: 2-5 years; Territory Service Manager – IND22738 Description Territory Service Manager-DTH Service Purpose of the Job Taking care of Airtel DTH services Setup a strong network of new SSD in the expanding market and monitoring the performance to ensure timely and excellent service delivery. Ensure prompt response to customers call & resolution of issues within TAT. Conducting training sessions for the engineers to update their skill levels. Monthly Stock reconciliation and Inventory control at SSD point. Drive initiatives to retain churn cases by solving their issues and giving them suitable offer. Effectively handle STB recovery from suspended and churn customers. Transfer of defective STB to the repair center and collection the repaired one from them. Meeting with retailers to retain Airtel customer with their clients. Live audit with engineer for Installation & Demo. KYC Audit of suspended customers. Maintain the hygiene factor call closed after the confirmation from customer. 100 PERCENT call allocation through system and within 30 min of registration. Monthly FL and retailers meeting. Key Deliverables Drive customer service priorities Ensure compliance to policy and processes by the Installation Engineers, meeting customer SLAs Manage the team responsible for installing, servicing and repairing structures and major components; guiding them on correct installation processes Manage the customer base for assigned geography Ensure closure of Service Request loops & intervene and handle complaints in case of escalations Escalating issues to Area Service Manager, if not resolved at territory level Analyze customer feedback forms & highlight areas of improvement and suggest interventions/initiatives Plan field visits to gather & analyze competitor data on quality of services provided Manage and create partners for customer life-cycle management; drive retailer satisfaction Managing the relationship with service franchisees in the assigned territory Ensure adequate inventory availability in the market Ensure maintenance of adequate inventory level of installation equipments for contingencies Qualification & Key skills/ competencies Must be a full time graduate, preferably MBA/PGDBM-Tier III campus/ Engineering Graduate (BE/ B Tech) Executive/ Senior Executive 2-5 years work experience Product knowledge Enterprising and entrepreneurial Analytical and problems Solving Leadership qualities Networking and inter-personal skills About Airtel Bharti Airtel Limited is a leading global telecommunications company with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa.
