* Develop & lead the trade lighting business in the assigned territory for the organization.

* Channel network planning in terms of sales and revenue potentiality.

* Setting up the network and designing of the distribution system as per the organizational needs.

* Monitoring systems to evaluate numeric & weighted distribution.

* Sets and align business goals, ensuring that goals are cascaded down the line.

* Achieve the sales targets in terms of value & volume of the assigned territory.

* Channel Review based on market needs, Investment & Infrastructure analysis, Channel Strategy formulation & corrective measures implementation.

* Developing healthy relationships with dealers and distribution network.
