Responsibilities of this job role would be – Organize, lead and motivate development resources to meet expected deliverables and quality standards – Provide technical direction to the project team, being hands-on with Flexcube implementation – Identify areas of improvement in the program and in current processes to improve efficiency – Be able to prepare project plans with resource allocation and realistic schedules – Manage and address changing project needs – Handling any production support escalations (when needed) – Facilitate communications within the team, with partners and facilitate knowledge sharing amongst the team and other personnel – Motivate team members and promote a strong sense of code quality, extensibility, reusability and urgency – Identify resource needs and enforces project and delivery standards – Create development plans for the team members – Build strong relationship with support partners like QA, Risk, Recruitment & HR – Participate in interviewing, hiring and training of new developers – Build rapport with vendor agencies and ensure timely on-board, back-fill or extension of contractors in the team – Track and manage forecast & finance for an accounting unit Job Description Has independently delivered / implemented Flexcube or has been an Onsite or Delivery Lead, with end to end responsibility (across project SDLC phase) Well familiar with modules like FX, MM, FT, PC & Core. Familiar with Payments domain Must have technical expertise in Flexcube product (PL/SQL, GI, RAD, Web services, JMS) and good in Java/J2EE technology Must be able to work with multiple senior stakeholders and help in program/project estimation, prioritization and planning Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, design and integration patterns Recommends scalable and advanced technologies for future product roll-outs Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Well-versed in managing & motivating highly dynamic teams working on heterogenous platforms, locally & remotely Spearhead adoption of strategic initiatives in areas of DevOps, Test automation& Defects management Preferred to have worked in Agile projects to be able to transform & foster an agile development & delivery model Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
