This is a technical role responsible for end-to-end tools/interfaces (web based and otherwise) development, deployment and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Creates forms, workflows and prototypes Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows and catalog requests Data Import and Management Designing and delivering and documenting technical solutions that are developed on the ServiceNow platform Formatting data for the CMDB Creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog Develop reporting and enhance existing reports along with automation Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc) Application UI and Workflow Configuration Additional Responsibilities Training the end user on the final product as well as providing technical support whenever required. Gathering feedback & inputs from the end user on ServiceNow features for new development and enhancements Key Skills Required Modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions Creating Alerts and Notifications Leadership skills in technical initiatives Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills while solving a problem and optimizing the overall application Education and Experience A bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering ITIL Foundation certification will be an advantage Experience with working or developing in Java, Javascript, web Technologies, CMDB Minimum 3 years experience in supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool Interpersonal/Professional Skills Ability to work independently. Task oriented and solution driven with focus on deliverables and timelines. Organized and detail oriented. Proactive, Innovative with an analytical mindset. Be able to work under pressure in a challenging environment. Fluency in English language. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
