The Role Responsibilities 1) Ensure that established service standards and project implementation timelines are met for the various projects, migrations, hubbing initiatives in GRU 2) Ensure meaningful MI and traction methodology to capture, measure and correct day to day operational metrices like productivity, TAT, Errors, Control / Risk checks etc 3) Ensure regular follow-up / escalation on the long-pending items for logical closure / to on-board / automate in TLM where feasible 4) Ensure MIS data is circulated as per the agreed timeline 5) To assist in coordinating, facilitating and promoting understanding of operational risk and in implementation and management of OR within the Unit 6)To follow all required controls and procedures as detailed in DOI 7) Adhere to Operational Risks plus Legal and Compliance requirements as instructed by Manager / Sr Manager / AVP etc 8) To assist the management in implementing global Standard Operating Model and consolidate the various recon activities currently performed in countries working with Finance, Operations and Technology stakeholders. To assist in meeting the agreed migration timelines 9) To handle the Nostro Rationalization project related activities as advised by the Project Team without delays 10) To assist in performance of system UATs/ UVTs and completion of migration documentation and handover to BAU Our Ideal Candidate Graduates/ Post graduates in Finance, commerce or Management stream 3 to 5 year of experience in any business line Cash, Trade, Loans or Markets or in FinanceApply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.
