Job Description Position Overview The P&T PMO organization Lead Program Manager will lead complex technology programs with responsibility for high level planning to include funding, technology development, industry technology requirements, software testing and delivery in an agile environment Qualifications Work in an agile development environment supporting both product line programs and complex programs by driving planning, timing and reporting to ensure delivery of program commitments Strength in coordinating and aligning efforts across matrix-managed teams to define and maintain program goals, and schedules Manage ongoing work through an agile framework, leveraging Rally to drive delivery and reporting established Drive alignment and adherence to standards and direction set by the adopted operating model Removes barriers that prevent efficient execution of deliverables and formulates mitigation plans to address program risks Produce metrics-driven reporting to represent program status, risks, dependencies and actions leveraging Rally Provides regular status reporting (verbal and written) leveraging Rally to leadership and Business Units across the organization. Facilitate program level issues and change management resolution Technical expertise with ability to utilize SMEs to conduct root cause analysis on software solutions, defects and resolutions Develop and deliver concise executive level presentations Job Requirements Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years related experience Airline or Travel Industry experience preferred Agile and Scrum process knowledge preferred Large project or program management experience required Strong relationship building skills Advanced knowledge and use of PowerPoint and Excel Experience interacting with Executive Teams Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up Sabre Corporation is the leading technology provider to the global travel industry.
