Job Description (Overview of Role) EMEA Servicing team caters to end to end servicing requirements for EMEA Corporate Clients (Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze segments) with regards to Account activities and Statements, payment info, signature mandate documents and account related customized reports e.g. STP reports etc. These requests involve first touch resolution as well as research. Provide support for request received via email and fax channels Responsibilities Understand clients need and address it appropriately either by straight through processing or engaging appropriate business partner Interacting with internal business partners/ 3rd party vendors via phone/ e-mail. Adherence to the core deliverables service level agreement and accuracy Requirements Strong business acumen with good written and verbal communication skills Must have an eye for detail and should possess strong analytical skills Willingness to learn and adapt to changes Excellent time management skills Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Should have problem solving, logical thinking and analytical ability Additional knowledge on Payment transactions and SWIFT messages.
