Information is of a confidential nature requiring discretion. There will be regular contact / communication with senior Leads Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to senior level managers and their teams. Coordinate all aspects of senior level appointments, meetings and VC conference Coordinate travel arrangements via corporate travel company, which may be complex e.g. organizing visas Letters Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports through T&E system Visitor Management Order stationary and supplies and process invoices for teams Raise access card temp and perm requests in OLE for new hires Work as team coordinator with the horizontal team for New Hire requests, SEZ Entry ,building access and SEZ cards, Work as team coordinator with the horizontal team for all housekeeping, pantry issues and concerns Work as a team coordinator to organize team events and TH Communicate with senior level internal management, clients, and senior management in other firms Assist in ad-hoc reports as needed Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents Assist with monthly floor sweeps and other R&C follow ups Skills Required Min 3 years experience required 3 years experience in a similar role at a global financial services firm Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong and polished interpersonal skills Extremely detail oriented, with strong follow-up Ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with all levels of internal and external management Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Ability to gain command of new systems as required for the job Team player; ability to inspire trust and promote collaboration Ability to execute under tight timeframes – multi-task, prioritize and work independently Energetic, with a willingness to learn, take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information and matters with discretion Flexibility to work overtime, as needed Qualifications Knowledge/Experience Banking experience would be advantage Qualifications Bachelors Degree Good interpersonal and organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Primary Location APAC-IND-MH-Pune Job Category Technology Schedule Full-time Education Level Bachelor’s Degree Shift Day Job Employee Status Regular Travel No Office Location / Address IND, , Pune, NAGAR BY PASS ROAD KHARADI RADISSON BLU HOTEL
