What is the TA (Transfer Agency) Analyst for USTA Support Services group responsible for? Performs work on business unit, divisional, or regional efforts with low to moderate scope and complexity. Maintains a solid knowledge base TA operations and controls, and business focuses. May work on and understand industry, regulatory, compliance, and risk assessment activities. Supports the business unit in delivering cost effective customer service. Partners with TA team members, various business partners, and leaders to achieve goals. What are the ongoing responsibilities of a TA Analyst in USTA Support Services? Daily Operations Support Collaborates and partners with various teams to address and resolve business issues. Prioritizes competing business demands and identifies most critical need. Provides business support and service by researching, validating, and confirming business needs. Facilitates user groups, forums, and meetings to identify and address ongoing needs. Analyzes and interprets meaning and implications of business metrics, data, trend analysis, and reports to measure business value and benefits. Workflow and Business Process Analysis Analyzes stakeholder needs, identifies gaps, and defines capabilities for an acceptable solution to the business problem. Works with business partners and end users to validate and clarify needs. Seeks to understand industry trends that impact the organization to identify best practices and lessons learned to leverage. Applies data analysis and data modeling techniques to establish, modify, and maintain business data and associated components. Detects and summarizes patterns in data and findings by producing reports. Identifies potential impacts of the solution on all stakeholders. Coordinates business process analysis to validate needs. Applies critical thinking in a decision-making process. Maintains the development and implementation of any changes that occur within an initiative. Conducts assessment of risks and issues based on the various solution options. Continuous Improvement Designs improvements to business processes while incorporating continuous improvement techniques. Defines the critical workflow for executing key processes and controls. Identifies and solves process problems that limit performance. Coordinates implementation of improvements and enhancements to existing business processes or workflows. Partners with others to develop change management activities as it relates to implementing initiatives. May represent business priorities and needs in discussions focused on solution design and optimization. Peer Leading Provides peer feedback, cross-training or subject matter expertise to others. What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience At least 2 – 3 years related experience Experience working with projects preferred Contact Center and/or Operational experience preferred Knowledge of Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) Knowledge of more advanced technology solutions (VBA, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau) would be an advantage Ability to deliver excellent results within the established timeframes while managing multiple priorities Ability to proactively identify customer needs and service trends and to communicate that information to organizational leaders with accompanying solutions that are consistent with organizational objectives Ability to apply analytical skills Ability to think critically and demonstrate attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; demonstrate strong comprehension of verbal and written instructions; and exhibit excellent advocacy and persuasive skills Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department and corporate guidelines Ability to organize and prioritize work and coordinate the work of others
