Willing to come in shifts as per the PSS shift rota & support BAU 24X7 support model including night and weekend support. Hands on Production support experience with at least 6-7 years managing Cash, Payments or Clearing. Very Good knowledge in webMethods, Java, J2EE, Oracle, WaaS, MQ and Unix technologies Hands on knowledge on Monitoring tools such as ITRS, BMC, Splunk, AppDynamics etc., Advanced documentation skills to ensure that the knowledge repository is up-to-date. Good with stakeholder communication and able to liaise with Sr.Mgmt. Hands-on managing DR/BCP Management Should have technical knowledge in understanding Monitoring tools in order to self-initiate monitoring refinements. Primarily responsible for the stability of the production system. Ensures second and third level of support is in place for problem diagnosis and resolution as per the agreed SLA’s. Good understanding of micro services Basic understanding of LAN, WAN and Firewall Prior experience in working in 24X7 support model Technical service management experience Well versed with technologies to understand our banking systems.
