Creates, removes, and expands file systems and volumes on multi-vendor products. Provides SAN switch / director monitoring, configuration, and support for cisco and brocade products. Works with senior peers to develop change management procedures. Creates and maintains documentation. Provides assistance with system solution design. May require rotating 24×7 on-call support responsibility as well as weekend support. Performs other related duties as assigned. Setting up and managing user accounts on OnCommand Insight (OCI) Insight data source management and Acquisition unit configuration Upgrading Insight Server software Upgrading the Data Warehouse (DWH) Monitoring Insight system health and license management Configuring SNMP notifications Troubleshoot performance issues, alerts, policy breaches, violations, and vulnerabilities with OCI Manage the SAN and NAS environment with Insight Work on the connectivity diagrams and technical architecture documents Provide business reports for capacity management, charge back billing, right sizing, and service level agreements.
