Skill: authoring , matrix , healthcare , effort estimation , crm , jira , testing , agile , user acceptance; Exp: 8-11 years; Role Summary As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for contributing towards building and shaping the CRM solutions for GE Healthcare. Responsibilities will include end-to-end ownership of the product and its evolution, requirements definition as well as managing and bridging the gap between customers, functional stakeholders and development team. Additionally, youll be responsible to lead close collaboration and stakeholder management for the customer digital engagement programs. Essential Responsibilities Lead the requirements gathering process for digital customer engagement solutions. Analyze requirements & identify gaps, where possible, propose alternate approaches based on current & future digital trends as well as organization strategy & go-to-market approach. Manage multiple simultaneous projects, build close working relationships across cross-functional stakeholders, and effectively understand and coordinate cross-functional collaboration requirements. Ensure solutions fulfill both the business (internal) and the customers needs Lead and drive the project plan, dependencies and manage relevant stakeholder expectations Lead product development and partner with the vendors, stakeholders, customers, design, UX, development teams. Ensure functional, non-functional and technical requirements are captured, organized, approved by all stakeholders. Track the requirements closely and stay in complete control throughout the life-cycle of the project Champion Agile development cycles, authoring and testing user stories Document user journeys, business process and track the requirements on Rally, Jira, Confluence and similar applications Spear-head the User Acceptance Test phase by creating a User Acceptance Test plan, authoring test user stories, participating in the testing phase Create Project plan, manage the project schedules & budget and ensure on-time on-budget delivery Foresee and alert risks to management, risk mitigation and contingency planning Participate in cost and effort estimation and challenge teams on assumptions, tasks and efforts Create status reports and deliver clear communication across all stakeholders. Manage project financials and frequent reporting to stakeholder on the project health Effectively coordinate and facilitate workouts and meetings as needed for the project clarity and success. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) A minimum of 8 years of professional experience 4 years of experience in Business Analysis and Digital technology enablement 2 years of experience in Agile application development projects Possess strong knowledge of industry-wide trends in Salesforce, Lightning, Wave analytics, customer master, sales operations Proven experience in using Planning tools, Rally, Jira, Confluence, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies Ability to re-invent, think on the feet and propose best-suited alternate approaches for a changing requirement Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and coordinate multiple simultaneous projects Excellent analytical and communication skills Active in the Salesforce and BA community BE/B Tech/BS or equivalent degree in Information systems, Computer Science or similar discipline Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain long-term business relationships Self-starter, self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision Able to work well with global teams and including time-zone flexibility Work transparently in a non-hierarchical, matrix-based organization structure Desired Characteristics Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CRM applications, data management and people management Experience in Healthcare industry is an advantage Past experience in CRM is a big plus #DTR About Us GE is the world’s Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive.
