Access Management team supports Platform access provisioning & de-provisioning to Bank of America employees across all the locations, including entitlements, while maintaining regulatory requirements, compliance and internal policy standards Job Description Access Management Operation Analyst shall be responsible for working on administering user ID access (Platform/Application access) and protecting information residing on Banks domain and platforms. He/ She will facilitate requests with Lines of Business in the Bank to ensure the access requests are performed to meet process SLE. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters Responsibilities Access Provisioning and De-Provisioning – Performs user id administration (additions, modifications, deletions) for operating systems and in-house platforms based on information contained on access administration forms, or pre-defined Role Based Access Control definitions Profile maintenance – Perform Data Clean-up, profile changes, group changes on role based profiles. Access Termination Perform access De-provisioning of users who have left the organization or transferring to/from other hierarchies. Incident Management Basic platform access related issues on Login issues, Password issues, Access Locked/Disabled Access Review & Revocation Repository Performs Access Reviews & monitoring of access baseline activity for users on various applications/platforms Audit Reports and Inactive users report – Performs inactivity cleanup for users on various applications SPOC administration Provides problem resolution support to internal customers as reported ensuring to maintain standards, such as approval requirements Process building/ Re-Engineering skills – Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies, process improvements & automations. Risk Management – Review and Monitor the process for risk evaluation and reduction along with audit readiness Requirements Education BE/BTECH/MCA/MSC (IT) equivalent (Any Technical Degree) Certifications If Any – IT compliance and security certifications (CISSP, CISA or CISM preferred) Experience Range 0 – 2 years Mandatory skills A minimum of 0-2 years of IT experience is required; 4 to 6 years of experience is preferred.
