Skill: Marketing , sales executive , sales manager , business development executive; Exp: 0-3 years; Job Profile DetailsPost Sr. Executive Sales Type On-rolls of Aadhar Sales and Services Pvt Ltd (ASSPL) Role & Responsibility Identifying new business prospects through builders, referrals, connectors, brokers, real estate agents, call centre leads etc. Relationship management and servicing requests of channel partners and ensuring the proper resolution of issues arising out of the same. Executing brand development activities through campaigning activities, participating in fairs/ exhibitions. Assisting the customer through the entire home loan process, starting from document collection, login, sanction and disbursement. Ensuring post disbursement quality customer service activities by providing support, information, and guidance according to company standards. Increase customer base by improving business relationships with existing customers. Focus on quality of sourcing and reflect high level of integrity in all procedures in the generation on housing finance. Work planning and scheduling for the business period, in coordination with reporting managers, submission of DSRs and customer/ channel partner visit reports. Assisting recovery team in non starter and bucket 1 case recovery and take active part in collection of recoverable from defaulting customers. Other responsibilities as per the organizational requirement delegated by the Supervisor on a timely basis. Generating Leads for home loans and other allied products. The role as defined above is subject to change at the discretion of ASSPL.Eligibility Criteria 12th Pass / Graduates / Fresh Graduate with industry experience 0 3 years. Male Candidate Preferred with not more than 30 years of age, strong Communication will be preferred. Salary On successful completion of 1-month training program candidates will be absorbed by Aadhar Sales and Services Pvt Ltd (ASSPL) at an annual consolidated CTC of Rs. 1,80,000/-. Salient Features Certification Program in Housing Finance will be a 1 month training program comprises of 12 days Residential The Training fees includes all the expenses like lodging, boarding & training. ASSPL will recover the training cost from candidate through 6 monthly installments (Rs. 3,000 x 6) after his/her joining services of the ASSPL. The recovery amount will be deduction from his/her monthly salary. Program Fee Pay-back During On the Job Training candidate will get fixed stipend Rs. 5,000/- After completion of 6 months with ASSPL, he/she will get 50% of his training fee (50% of Rs. 18,000/-) as retention bonus and after completion of 1 year in ASSPL, he/she will be eligible for remaining training fee (50% of Rs. 18,000/-) as retention bonus.
