The right candidate will be able to provide support with independence and initiative while meeting deadline requirements. They must be able to handle confidential information and exercise initiative in prioritizing their workload and manage time to complete a variety of assignments. What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Sr. Administrative Assistant? Primary responsibilities to support IO/ GTS teams around IO/GTS in HYD Overall admin support for 1 VP, 1 Director for IO/GTS including calendar management travel support assistance on co-ordinating key presentations etc management of electronic documents on Sharepoint/ OneDrive etc for IO/GTS teams Need based support for 10 IO/GTS Managers incl. Seating/ IT/ Logistics/ Training monitoring and co-ordination for IO/GTS new joinees incl. GTs Visitor Management (Agenda, logistics) for External Parties Custodians, Brokers, Auditors, Vendors Internal Leaders Co-ordinate schedule, set up meetings and logistics Travelers from HYD Co-ordinating with Travel Desk for travel logistics Document Management incl. printing, assisting in documentation etc FTS ISC support in HYD Monthly MOR report co-ordination Monthly FTS ISC Metrics tracking and co-ordination Co-ordination for Quarterly FTS ISC presentations Special initiative monitoring (viz. RPA, Capacity Planning, Ideas Generation) IO/GTS Global IO/ GTS Global Metrics, HC reporting Back-up Admin coverage for IO/GTS Directors globally What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
