The Role Responsibilities Role CDD Specialist Location Process, Production, Quality and Efficiency Creation of CDD for New Clients & Review of CDD for Existing Clients. Ensure to abide with OneCDD procedures. Ensure follow-up, timely document request and submission of cases. Pro-activeness in supporting the country. Respond and clear queries from Checkers / FCC on a timely manner Help to improvise the reviewing process by providing valuable suggestions in line with the latest policy/ process. SDU updates to be regularly reviewed, monitored, tracked and completed. Keeping the team/self abreast of any updates on policy and procedures Provide buddy support to new joiners and assist them in resolving queries / clarification Our Ideal Candidate University Graduate Minimum [2] years of relevant experience in CDD/AML procedures pertaining to non-individual clients,Good communication Job Purpose Core contributor within a specialist and dedicated in-country team in managing critical operational processes of CDD. Deliver quality, risk management, efficiency and effectiveness of the CDDs being made for Periodic Reviews / New Onboarding / Trigger Reviews.
