General Purpose To support Nokia product and system solutions sales and marketing in a specific technology area with defined customers and/or prospects. Main Responsibility Area Sales and marketing support in product and solutions level. Expertise and demonstrated competence in own sales and technology area, supporting others. Understanding client needs, identifying solutions to non- standard queries; actively creating business opportunities. Understanding internal/external business issues. Qualification BE Experience 0 to 1yr relevant experience Technical Requirement – Ability to explain VoLTE, VoWifi, CS Core, SDM telecom solution and architectural changes to global telecom customer teams – Should have experience of the products IMS/VoLTE (CFX, TAS); SDM (SDL, One-NDS, HSS, NT-HLR, DX HLR, One-EIR, One-MNP); 3G Core (MSS, MGW) – Exposure to CS Core & IMS/VoLTE, Subscriber Database Management will have added advantage – Candidate shall have working experience in GSM/3G mobile core network / switching of any vendor. Business Requirement – Provide Sales Support to Regional SSM and Customer Teams as member of Global Sales Support (GSS) – Providing customer solutions and offer material (SoCs, Configuration, standard pricing, solution description writing) & reflect clear customer values & benefits – Expert in own product/solution area. Responsible for reviewing own and peer’s work. – Responsible for providing end to end support in bid preparation work. – Ready to work in different timezone based on requirements.
